Full-Time Cleaner – Downtown Vancouver

Permanent Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Downtown Vancouver. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a Strata condominium high-rise.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all common areas including the lobby, gym, elevators, corridors, garbage room, garage, stairwells, pool area, and washrooms
  • Performing regular checks to ensure all areas are tidy and well-maintained
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning standards

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day
  • Start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a must
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
