EGE Insurance is looking for a 
part-time / full-time Insurance Agent/Broker
 to join our expanding team in Ontario. This position requires a licensed individual with strong sales ability, client focus, and a commitment to service excellence.

Our ideal candidate is currently working as a licensed insurance agent and is motivated to grow their own book of business as an 
independent insurance broker
. We are looking for professionals who want the flexibility of independence with the backing of a supportive brokerage that provides qualified leads, CRM tools, and administrative support. 
Turkish language proficiency is highly preferred.

About the Position

  • Qualified leads provided – focus on advising and closing
  • Hybrid role with the option to work from home
  • CRM programs provided to keep you organized and serving clients efficiently
  • Administrative support provided
  • Competitive commission structure (100% commission)
  • On-target earnings of up to 
    $120,000+
  • Regular business hours

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help clients understand their insurance options and complete their coverage applications
  • Assess client needs and provide expert recommendations
  • Build rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience at every stage
  • Maintain focus on service excellence and compliance
  • Stay up to date with insurance products, competitors, and market trends

Required Qualities and Skills

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance sales or brokerage experience
  • Valid LLQP license in Ontario
     (in good standing with FSRA)
  • Fluency in Turkish preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
