Greenhawk Kelowna is currently looking to fill a full-time key holder position. This challenging and rewarding position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, based on customer service and sales in the equine industry.

Incorporated in 1985, Greenhawk is Canada's largest retailer and distributor of equestrian products, with corporate retail stores, a franchising division, a mail order catalogue department and an ecommerce web site. We are dynamic, intense and growth oriented.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assesses customer needs and provide expert advice about available products
  • Demonstrates features and benefits of any product, which may complement the sale
  • Merchandises and maintains the assigned area to its best image i.e., displays, presentations, labels, signage, and ordering needs

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the horse industry is required to be considered for this position
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team membership skills
  • Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials
  • Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to open and close one of our retails location
  • Ability to balance the day and create bank deposits.
  • Ability to lead and navigate through customer conflict resolution
