Job Summary:

Our client, a leading financial organization, is looking for passionate Software Engineers to join their Tech Development Program (TDP). This program offers hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, full-stack, and mobile development while working on impactful, business-critical projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the software development life cycle, collaborating with Agile teams to design, code, test, and deliver solutions.
  • Work with designers, analysts, and other engineers to enhance existing applications or build new features.
  • Write high-quality code that meets story acceptance criteria and passes code reviews.
  • Follow continuous improvement practices to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for program development and revisions.
  • Provide advanced-level support for software solutions as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, graduating between September 2025 and September 2026.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Understanding of testing fundamentals and coding best practices.
  • Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and actively contribute to discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, or mobile development.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, microservices, and API design/integration.
  • Experience with version control tools, e.g., Git.
  • Strong coding skills in Linux/Unix environments.
