Business Records Management Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Records Management Associate to oversee the daily operations of our records program. This role is responsible for the efficient organization, storage, retrieval, and secure handling of both physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support records staff, managing workflow for document intake, imaging, storage, and RecordsLinkedIn retrieval.

· Maintain, update, and enforce records management policies and retention schedules.

· Oversee electronic and physical records systems to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address records-related needs and resolve inquiries promptly.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and modernize records management practices.

Qualifications

· –5 years of experience in records or information management; supervisory experience considered an asset.

· Strong understanding of records retention rules, privacy regulations, and document management systems.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with strong attention to detail.

Working Environment

This role operates in both office and warehouse/archive environments and may involve light physical activity.
