Summary

The Honeywell DCS Engineer will support configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of Honeywell Experion systems across industrial facilities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and optimized process control while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities


• Configure, test, and troubleshoot Honeywell Experion DCS systems


• Develop and maintain control strategies, graphics, and alarm configurations


• Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, loop checks, and site start-up


• Integrate DCS with PLCs, SIS, and historians (Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP)


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operations


• Maintain system documentation and manage configuration changes


• Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and engineering standards

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or Instrumentation Engineering


• 5+ years' experience with Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS preferred)


• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and system integration skills


• APEGA registration or eligibility preferred
