Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate strong analysis and data entry abilities. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify customer issues and suggest appropriate solutions or escalations
  • Maintain phone etiquette at all times, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall call center performance
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with bilingual proficiency required
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to perform upselling while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and phone etiquette to enhance customer interactions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse customers
