We are seeking a highly skilled
Board Verification Engineer/Firmware Systems Engineer
with strong expertise in debugging, validation, and system-level integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across hardware, firmware, management firmware, and software interfaces, contributing to the development, characterization, and optimization of complex system modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with low-speed industry-standard communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, I3C, SVI2, and SVI3, as well as high-speed protocols including PCIe Gen5.
  • Perform high-speed interface characterization, signal integrity validation, and system-level performance analysis.
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeter's, current probes, electronic loads, and protocol analyzers to diagnose issues, validate designs, and support bring-up activities.
  • Apply strong analytical and intuitive reasoning skills to identify root causes of unexpected results and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Document experimental setups, test procedures, and results in a clear, structured, and organized manner for internal reference and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration across all system modules and support end-to-end feature development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware validation, firmware bring-up, or system debugging.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard communication protocols and test equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment.
