We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Provider to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering quality patient communication care, supporting health and wellness initiatives, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients. Duties

  • Provide direct patient log and monitoring vital signs.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses/ assistant, and other healthcare team
  • Educate patients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries and log.

Requirements

  • Valid certification or license relevant to the healthcare field (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN).
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory; training provided for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care procedures.
  • Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient support.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; availability for both day and evening hours is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards. This role is admistrative and maintaing continues watch.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
