Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines (Powermill / 5-Axis)
- Review samples, drawings, and specifications to plan machining operations
- Determine setup requirements, material positioning, and tool selection
- Program machine parameters such as speed, feed rate, and batch size
- Perform routine maintenance and minor machine repairs
- Ensure work is completed in a professional, safe, and timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Powermill Programmer
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with 5-Axis machining
- Experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
- Knowledge of feeds and speeds for steel, aluminum, and composites
- Experience with FPT/FCS work holding and 2D/3D work
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Capable of problem-solving, working independently, and adapting to new technology
- Able to safely operate forklifts and cranes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, suppliers, and clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to work overtime as required
