As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services that elevate our clients' confidence and well-being. What you'll do

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massages.
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demos to educate clients on the best practices for their skin types.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to track client progress and manage appointments effectively.
  • Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with client needs, while also upselling services to enhance their experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and maintain a positive salon environment.

Basic qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a medical spa setting or relevant aesthetic field.
  • Proficiency in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
