Role Overview

As a Creator Brand Growth Partner, you will collaborate with Comfort Crew's creative and marketing team to build your Twitch channel from the ground up.

You will receive a personalized growth plan, branding support, overlays, mentorship, and monthly strategy calls without any upfront fees.

This is a partnership focused on long-term growth, not a traditional employment job.

Responsibilities

• Stream consistently and create content that reflects your personality and niche.
• Work with Comfort Crew's Creative Director to develop your branding, overlays, alerts, and channel visuals.
• Follow a personalized growth plan designed around your goals and availability.
• Join monthly mentorship or progress calls to review insights and unlock higher revenue tiers.
• Maintain a positive and professional presence online.

(No marketing experience required. Comfort Crew takes care of the strategy and promotion.)

Compensation

Revenue Share Model Based on Channel Growth

• Paid monthly once Twitch payouts clear
• Creators earn 60 to 90 percent of their Twitch revenue, with higher percentages unlocked as their channel reaches new follower milestones and growth tiers.
• No fees or hidden costs. Comfort Crew only earns when you earn
• Optional referral program that pays up to 30 percent on service sales
• Typical earnings range from 100 to 1,000 dollars per month depending on consistency and engagement

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have or be willing to create a Twitch account
• Positive, professional online presence
• Willing to collaborate with branding and marketing team
• Consistent streaming schedule (we assist with planning)

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with an open mind, a drive to work for themselves, and trust in our team and growth process.

Experience is not required. Creators who are willing to learn, stay consistent, and show up with authenticity thrive here.

Although we welcome all applicants, we prefer creators who are new to Twitch or who have not created an account yet. This allows us to build your brand, channel identity, and growth systems from the very beginning for the strongest long-term results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00-$1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
