A strong sense of curiosity and initiative — you enjoy understanding how systems connect and continuously seek ways to improve processes.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach — you take ownership of tasks and follow through with consistency.
Comfort working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and an interest in learning accounting or CRM systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar).
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
A desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
