Job Description:
The Governance Risk and Compliance (DBTS GRC) team play an oversight role for Sun Life's global IT presence. We ensure comprehensive risk identification and monitoring across DBTS and deliver related reporting to our leaders and corporate partners. Our teams also focus on DBTS Supplier risk, Regulatory change management, internal control framework governance, Compliance monitoring and testing and oversight of all related remediation items, including audit findings.
What will you do?
- Support delivery of our governance, risk and compliance practices across DBTS
- Dive into our data to deliver key work to enable and automate reporting for DBTS Leaders; investigate use of generative AI for our scope of work
- Update and maintain operational reporting and metrics for internal processes supporting a monthly reporting practice
What do you need to succeed?
- Data analysis strengths, preferably with an understanding of IT risk and control frameworks and supported by strong desktop skills
- Familiarity with third party tools, such as Tableau, for generation and delivery of metrics and reporting
- Communication and organization strengths to engage our internal DBTS clients and support our broad portfolio
- This opportunity is available to students with an April 2026 or later graduation date.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
