What you can expect to do here
- Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for highway, bridge, and municipal infrastructure projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and/or ORD
- Ensure all plans meet technical and regulatory standards
- Efficiently manage and organize project files and folders (SharePoint, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Participate in design meetings and collaborate across disciplines
- Support digital terrain modeling and integration of survey data
Conduct quality control reviews and implement feedback from clients and partners
What you'll bring to WSP
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Experience in highway/roadway design (an asset)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (SharePoint, BIM)
- OACETT registration or intent to become a Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist in Ontario as soon as eligible (an asset)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Valid G driver's license (an asset)
