Avidbots is growing fast and we're looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our team. If you're driven by innovation, excited by cutting-edge technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers across North America.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including upsells, cross-sells, and new site deployments.
- Ensure customers are realizing maximum value from their Avidbots solutions by partnering with them on adoption, usage, and outcomes.
- Consult and advise facilities, property, and operations leaders on how autonomous robotics can streamline and optimize their cleaning operations.
- Track and manage account activity, expansion pipeline, and forecasts in
- Lead customer business reviews and develop joint growth plans.
- Represent Avidbots at customer sites and industry events (25% travel).
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consultative sales, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or automation.
- Proven ability to drive expansions and renewals within existing accounts.
- Skilled at developing executive relationships and quantifying ROI/business impact.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with executive presence.
- Self-motivated and able to understand and explain complex technology solutions.
- Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel across North America.
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience selling or managing autonomous robotic or hardware/software/service solutions.
- Demonstrated success in multi-site or enterprise account expansion.
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies (QBRs, adoption frameworks, playbooks).
- Experience in facilities management, logistics, or industrial operations environments.
