The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Environment, has a full-time, term position opening in the Financial and Property Management Branch as Property Management Coordinator.

This position provides CVA fleet coordination and SaskTel coordination which includes handling SaskTel, Mobility and IBC requests. The position is responsible for the asset disposal coordination for Environment, including posting of community donations and SaskSurplus items. This position will enter and track property maintenance requests in Archibus and will provide assistance with submitting accommodation invoices through GEM.

The successful candidate will be flexible to successfully adapt to changing work environments, processes, and workloads. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player to cooperatively discover and implement solutions to challenges that arise. The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position are typically obtained by completion of a college diploma and/or related experience. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, in addition to general computer knowledge is an asset.

The position may travel to ministry locations as needed for property management requests and inspections. A Class 5 Driver's license is required. This position will be required to travel to the ministry's Regina warehouse.

A criminal record check is required.
