Position Overview

Are you a motivated plumbing professional with experience in commercial service? If you are an Experienced Service Plumber with a Journeyman ticket, this is your chance to join a collaborative and fast-paced team that values reliability and results. In this role, you'll handle service calls, perform diagnostics and repairs, and deliver quality work that keeps systems running efficiently and clients happy.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.

  • Perform boiler diagnostics and general maintenance on plumbing equipment.

  • Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.

  • Accurately document all work performed and make recommendations when needed.

  • Work closely with teammates, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless job execution.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client spaces.

  • Participate in on-call rotation.

What You Bring

  • Journeyman certification.

  • Must have experience working in commercial plumbing service; residential or light industrial experience exposure is a bonus.

  • Comfortable using mobile platforms for job documentation and communication.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safe practices.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Physically able to work in various environments and positions (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.).

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role involving varied environments and conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).

  • Occasional physical work (lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc.).

  • Participation in on-call rotation.
