Looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help ensure Norco/LTP dealers and Outside Sales Reps are supported with best-in-industry service. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all the day-to-day operations in your territory, from staying in touch with dealers and providing top-notch service, to creating reports and making sure all customer order needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and support to dealers, addressing needs and requests in a professional and positive manner.
  • Communicate with Outside Reps on a daily cadence, provide territory updates, and work collaboratively to ensure that all dealer needs are met.
  • Communicate consistently and proactively with dealers, making up to 300 outgoing calls per month.
  • Proactively review open order and exception reports.
  • Ensure smooth shipping and effective delivery of LTP products and services.
  • Work with outside reps to drive business in your territory.
  • Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure orders are submitted and shipped on time to meet all order entry deadlines and shipping windows as outlined.
  • Enter and process return authorization requests for dealers and sales reps.
  • Provide special events and technical support where needed.

Applicant Should Possess:

  • 2 years of relevant experience within the bike/outdoor industry.
  • Post-Secondary education.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, flexibility.
  • Familiarity with LTP products or with the cycling industry is a plus.
  • Good computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to speak and write in French is an asset.
