Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks, ensuring all food handling and safety standards are met.
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to customer service, food handling, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
