  • Help build, maintain, and continuously improve our library of validated, high-impact clinical learning experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate clinical insights into product enhancements and new features.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify learning gaps, and communicate actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on clinical narratives, product positioning, and content creation.

Must-Have Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • Direct clinical experience providing patient care in acute, community, or specialty settings.

  • Exposure to SaaS products, ed-tech, health tech, or technical onboarding/support roles.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR hardware, AI-enabled learning tools, or immersive education platforms.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education facilitation.
  • Strong organization and process improvement mindset, always seeking to refine how things are done.
  • Experience gathering learner feedback and translating insights into program improvements.
  • The patience, empathy, and humour required to help users who are brand new to emerging technology.
