About the Role:

Senior Real Estate Valuation Analyst (AI-Enabled Feasibility & Appraisal)

We're seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Valuation & AI Analytics Division, working closely with our product, data, and market teams to support clients with valuation reports, feasibility assessments, and automated data modeling.

You will analyze market trends, financial metrics, and zoning data to generate actionable insights — helping clients, investors, and municipalities make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional-grade valuation, feasibility, and advisory reports for diverse property types using UnlockLand's AI platform.
  • Leverage real-time zoning, sales, and market data to create dynamic financial models and value estimates.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to refine valuation algorithms and predictive appraisal models.
  • Support litigation or expropriation cases by preparing expert evidence and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of market knowledge on real estate trends, land-use regulations, and valuation methodologies.
  • Mentor junior analysts, sharing valuation techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Represent UnlockLand in discussions with developers, municipalities, and institutional investors.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in property valuation, feasibility, or investment analysis (commercial or mixed-use assets preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and geospatial analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with zoning codes, DCF models, and comparable analysis (Comps, MLS, CoStar, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English or bilingual French/English preferred).
  • Experience with appraisal standards, litigation support, or municipal valuation is an asset.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and passion for innovation in the real estate industry.
