Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with extensive experience in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects utilizing appropriate project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum frameworks.
  • Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio, and Project Server to ensure clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope through comprehensive requirements gathering and requirements management processes.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and change management initiatives to mitigate potential issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project implementation and product development activities.
  • Utilize collaboration tools like SharePoint, Confluence, Trello, Basecamp, Workday, ServiceNow, and Jira for effective communication and documentation.
  • Engage with vendors to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress through data analysis skills and data collection techniques; prepare presentations for stakeholders demonstrating project status and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Facilitate team management activities including supervising team members and fostering a collaborative environment aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT project management or product management roles with a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Kanban.
  • Demonstrated leadership with supervising experience and team management capabilities.
  • Strong vendor management skills with negotiation expertise.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), SAS analytics tools, Salesforce CRM platform, Requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data analysis skills for effective decision-making; experience with Visio for process mapping is preferred.
  • Familiarity with program management concepts including risk management and quality assurance processes.
