Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with outreach to potential clients for events and group bookings
  • Support promotional efforts including flyers, social media posts, and community outreach
  • Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM entries
  • Participate in strategy sessions and contribute creative ideas to attract new business
  • Help prepare sales materials and reports for management
  • Attend select events to observe and assist with execution

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and event planning
  • Comfortable using Canva, social media platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on school schedule)
  • Location: On-site in Milton
  • Start Date: Immediate
