Position Summary

As the
Tech & Product Lead
, you will oversee the
end-to-end product strategy, design, and technical implementation
of UnlockLand's AI platform.

You'll work closely with the executive team to align business goals with technology innovation — leading a small but high-impact team of developers, designers, and data engineers to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    product roadmap
    , balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Define and prioritize product features in collaboration with leadership, engineering, and design teams.
  • Oversee
    technical architecture and system scalability
    , ensuring robust performance across web and data layers.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across
    AI, GIS, and SaaS development teams
    .
  • Translate user and business requirements into clear, actionable development plans.
  • Drive adoption of
    AI and automation
    to optimize internal workflows and product capabilities.
  • Support recruitment, mentorship, and process improvement for the technical and product teams.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    product management, software development
    , or
    technical leadership
    roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams in
    SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    frontend frameworks )
    and
    backend stacks (Python/Django, PostGIS, PostgreSQL)
    .
  • Experience managing
    product lifecycle, user experience, and data integration
    .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills — able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a
    high-growth startup environment
    .
