Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Beauty Sales Manager for an on-site role located in Toronto, ON. The Beauty Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the beauty sector, setting and meeting sales target, building strong customer relationships, and developing sales strategies. The role involves conducting product training sessions, monitoring market trends, and ensuring outstanding customer service to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of Beauty Products, Industry Trends, and Market Analysis
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication Skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Outgoing, friendly personality

This is an in-person full time job position in Toronto.
