About the Role
As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor at WD Swim, you'll be responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective aquatic lessons for participants of varying ages and skill levels. Your energy and passion will help foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all swimmers.
What You'll Bring
- A love for swimming and helping others succeed in the water
- Experience leading swim classes (up to 4 students) is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification (required)
- Aquafit Instructor certification is an asset
- Willingness to learn — we provide full training for new instructors
- Dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Availability for evening (Mon–Fri) and/or weekend (Sat & Sun) shifts
Flexible Scheduling Options
- Part-time: Up to 20 hours/week
- Full-time: 20+ hours/week
- Choose shifts that fit your schedule
Additional Information
