Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Millwright to join our Maintenance Department for a 375,000 sf warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products for our valued customers through supporting departments with reliable equipment and regular maintenance. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to building maintenance, powered equipment maintenance, roller conveyor maintenance (Buschman circa 1990), and dock & door maintenance.

Work Schedule: The regular working hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with minimal overtime. Alternate hours and weekend work may be required but try to minimize in order to allow for a healthy work-life balance. The average amount of overtime worked in the last 2 years has been approximately 60 hours per year.

Skills and Qualifications: Industrial Millwright certification (433A) is required for this position. To further succeed in this role, you should be committed to a high standard of safety, proven history of excellent attendance, ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time sensitive issues, and interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management. Previous experience in a building maintenance, as well as welding is preferred. Regular lifting required.

Compensation and Benefits: The rate of pay for this position is $41.30 along with a comprehensive co-pay benefits package that includes extended health and dental care, an employee assistance program, life insurance, paid time off, and vision care.
