Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter (Registered Nurse) and Nurse Educator to join our growing staffing division. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse who brings both clinical expertise and recruitment experience to the table.

The Clinical Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals to support needs across Manitoba, with an emphasis on sourcing, onboarding, clinical assessment and supporting nurses and allied health staff. The role also includes opportunities to contribute as a nurse educator, providing clinical guidance and onboarding support to deployed staff.

Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed to practice nursing in Manitoba, with Ontario licensure considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 
    full-cycle recruitment
     of all required healthcare professionals for ongoing and new contracts.
  • Source, screen, and onboard travel and contract nurses across Manitoba and other provinces as needed.
  • Provide clinical onboarding, training and education to deployed nurses, ensuring readiness and adherence to standards of practice.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Coordinate deployment logistics in collaboration with operations, credentialing, and travel teams.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records within internal systems and ATS platforms.
  • Serve as a clinical point of contact for staff requiring guidance or clarification on clinical expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support the operational success of regional staffing programs.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
     in good standing with the 
    College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
    .
  • Licensure in Ontario (CNO)
     is considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 
    3 years of experience
     in healthcare recruitment, program coordination, or nursing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience as a 
    nurse educator or clinical preceptor
     is an asset.
