Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and enforce governance processes for a provincial Clinical Information System (CIS) program.


• Oversee governance reporting, documentation (Tor's, SOPs, logs), and stakeholder coordination.


• Manage meeting logistics, decisions, risks, and governance reports.


• Supervise Governance Coordinators and ensure consistency across program streams.


• Maintain governance data in JIRA, Confluence, and shared drives.

Must-Have Qualifications:


• 3+ years in Project Management or Program Governance within Canadian healthcare (CIS/EHR/digital health).


• Proven experience with governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting.


• Bilingual (English/French) – written and verbal.


• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, and Zoom.


• Formal training in Project/Change Management (Prosci, PMP, ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).

Strongly Preferred:


• Experience in government or large healthcare transformation projects.


• Background in clinical information systems or digital health governance.
