About Us:

AgroCertify partners with over 20 agribusinesses across North America, helping them navigate regulatory compliance and access funding opportunities. We specialize in the registration of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and soil amendments.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Regulatory & Administrative Assistant to support our clients with regulatory submissions and general admin tasks. This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours and the potential to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit registration documents for fertilizers and soil amendments.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies in Canada and the U.S.
  • Track deadlines and manage document submissions and renewals.
  • Maintain organized digital records and client files.
  • Support the AgroCertify team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to gather required documentation or follow up on submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Agricultural or environmental degree or experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with fertilizers and soil amendments
  • Familiarity with agricultural regulations or willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft's office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
