We are proud to provide rewarding opportunities to build meaningful careers in a fun and high performing environment THE ROLE:   The Asset Strategy Coordinator will provide administrative and analytical support to the Asset Strategy team, assisting in the delivery of various asset strategy initiatives, including joint venture management, budgeting and forecasting analysis, portfolio analytics, and ad hoc projects.   WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide administrative support to the Asset Strategy team in the execution of asset strategy initiatives.Coordinate, attend and prepare JV meetings, agendas and meeting minutes.Oversee the administration of JV connect portal and maintain JV organizational charts as required.Coordinate and monitor all JV reporting and approval requirements, including the coordination of all quarterly reporting, maintaining report templates, and JV invoicing. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for the Asset Strategy Team. Support the review of quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts. Participate in special projects and take on other duties, as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING:Two (2) to three (3) years of administrative experience within a corporate environment.Experience within the commercial real estate industry is an asset.  Post-secondary education in administration, business or related fields.    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with intuitiveness for learning new applications.Strong writing and communications skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external partners.Solid analytical skills with ability to gather information and synthesize it.Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities to coordinate multiple, competing priorities and deadlines.
