We're currently looking for a Service Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at BANNISTER FORD EDSON. If you're detail-oriented, personable, and motivated to create a seamless service experience for our customers, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)- Greet customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a friendly and professional first point of contact
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors and technicians to maximize shop efficiency
- Communicate service updates, estimates, and timelines with customers in a timely and transparent manner
- Assist with preparing repair orders, invoices, and warranty documentation
- Support the service team in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or service environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
