Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to corporate counsel, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has a strong interest in corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents: contracts, agreements, corporate filings, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining corporate records: minute books, resolutions, and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting transactions: mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate activities.
  • Conducting legal research: statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to corporate matters.
  • Managing schedules and deadlines: tracking filings, court dates, and project timelines.
  • Assisting with regulatory filings: securities, corporate registries, and government agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
