Position Summary

At Our Value Insulation, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier insulation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in managing day-to-day activities on insulation project sites. You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in insulation or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise insulation installation teams on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company and industry standards
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols at all times
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
  • Maintain daily project logs, site reports, and materials tracking
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively
  • Train and mentor crew members as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in insulation, construction, or a related trade
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in various environments and lift 50+ lbs as needed
  • OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus
