Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality general dentistry, including exams, fillings, extractions, endo, and restorative procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and communicate options clearly to patients.
  • Utilize advanced digital technology (PrimePrint, CEREC Milling, IOS, digital radiography).
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and uphold clinical best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing learning, CE, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Member in good standing with the RCDSO.
  • Prior experience preferred; however new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical foundation in general dentistry and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to high-quality patient care.
  • Enthusiasm for digital dentistry and continuous growth.
