Eight Tree Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a permanent full-time Salon Manager.

Duties:

  • Engage and manage day-to-day business operations, oversee and assess the activities of services

  • Ensure the salon operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry regulations

  • Implement policies and guidelines for hairstylists and other workers

  • Control budget and inventory

  • Handle work-related issues and complaints, and report to the owners

  • Promote services and create marketing campaigns to attract new customers

  • Hire, train and supervise hairstylists

Education / Skills and Experiences:

  • No formal education is required, but related certification is an asset

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial hair salon setting is required

Language:

  • English

Compensation:

$36.60/hour

Work Conditions:

Permanent, full-time

30 to 40 hours/week

Benefits:

4% vacation pay, Group insurance, bonus depending on sales performance
