Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using resources such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters, ensuring they are informed of their rights and options.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation for efficient case management.

Experience
