· Assist in managing reception, coordinate field paperwork, work with dispatch, onboard new workers, oversee unit compliance, respond to driver queries, assist with coordinating corporate office events and other similar tasks
· Be comfortable working in an administrative office role
· Have 2+ years related experience
· Have strong proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office
· Have a basic understanding of commercial logistics operations
· Be attentive to detail and well organized
· Have strong interpersonal and written communication skills
· Work well independently and as part of a team
· Report directly to the Area Manager
This position offers flexible hours, an annual salary commensurate with experience, benefit plan, health spending account, and a supportive culture with strong leadership and safety standards.
