Présentation du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Backend Lead (Features Team) et organisé.e pour rejoindre notre équipe technologique. Sous la responsabilité du chef de la technologie, vous serez chargé.e de coordonner le développement parallèle de fonctionnalités réalisé par trois développeurs fullstack. Vous veillerez à ce que les fonctionnalités complexes soient livrées efficacement, avec des intégrations propres et des échéances claires. Ce rôle est essentiel à la mise à l'échelle de notre stratégie de développement multi-pistes. Ce que vous allez faire
  • Diriger et coordonner trois développeurs fullstack dans le développement parallèle de fonctionnalités
  • Gérer la stratégie de répartition des fonctionnalités en équilibrant la complexité entre les trois pistes de développement
  • Coordonner les dépendances des fonctionnalités et les exigences d'intégration avec les équipes Core Features et Information & Stack
  • Examiner et approuver les prototypes fonctionnels avant la livraison à l'équipe Produit
  • Veiller à ce que le développement des fonctionnalités suive des modèles d'architecture microservices isolés Assurer l'interface avec Product Ops pour la réception des exigences des fonctionnalités et l'évaluation de la faisabilité technique
  • Coordonner avec l'architecte des systèmes pour la conformité du protocole d'intégration des fonctionnalités
  • Gérer les délais de développement des fonctionnalités et communiquer les progrès au chef de la technologie
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les normes de développement, les protocoles de test et les portes de qualité du code
  • Soutenir les développeurs de fonctionnalités avec le mentorat technique et la résolution de problèmes.


Ce que vous apportez
  • 7+ années d'expérience en développement logiciel avec 3+ années dans des rôles de leadership technique
  • Expérience éprouvée dans la direction d'équipes de développement full-stack dans des environnements microservices
  • Forte expertise dans les technologies web modernes, les API et le développement cloud-native
  • Expérience de la coordination du développement parallèle et de la gestion du pipeline de fonctionnalités
  • Succès démontré dans le développement de SaaS ou de plateformes analytiques
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour la coordination inter-équipes et le mentorat technique
  • Expérience des méthodologies agiles, de la planification des sprints et de l'optimisation de la vélocité de l'équipe
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.


Bon à avoir
  • Expérience de l'industrie du jeu vidéo ou de la plateforme technologique de marketing
  • Expérience des services cloud AWS, de la conteneurisation et des pipelines CI/CD
  • Connaissance du développement backend Python/Django et des frameworks frontend modernes
  • Expérience préalable de la gestion des contractants ou des accords d'emploi mixte
  • Compréhension de l'analytique, de l'attribution ou du développement de produits axés sur les données
  • Expérience de la validation des schémas JSON et des approches de développement API-first.

Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organized Backend Lead (Features Team) to join our technology team. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll be responsible for coordinating parallel feature development across three fullstack developers. You'll ensure complex features are delivered efficiently, with clean integrations and clear timelines. This role is key to scaling our multi-track development strategy. Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate three fullstack developers in parallel feature development.
  • Manage feature assignment strategy balancing complexity across the three development tracks.
  • Coordinate feature dependencies and integration requirements with Core Features and Information & Stack teams.
  • Review and approve functional prototypes before delivery to the Product team.
  • Ensure feature development follows isolated microservices architecture patterns.
  • Interface with Product Ops for feature requirement intake and technical feasibility assessment.
  • Coordinate with the Systems Architect for feature integration protocol compliance.
  • Manage feature development timelines and communicate progress to the Head of Technology.
  • Implement and maintain development standards, testing protocols, and code quality gates.
  • Support feature developers with technical mentorship and problem-solving.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading full-stack development teams in microservices environments.
  • Strong expertise in modern web technologies, APIs, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with parallel development coordination and feature pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS or analytics platform development.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination and technical mentoring.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and team velocity optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Have
  • Gaming industry or marketing technology platform experience.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Python/Django backend development and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Previous experience managing contractors or mixed employment arrangements.
  • Understanding of analytics, attribution, or data-driven product development.
  • Experience with JSON schema validation and API-first development approaches.
