Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers, maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, commercial driving, and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations
  • Load and unload cargo using moving equipment such as forklifts when necessary
  • Ensure accurate delivery of products according to schedule and customer specifications
  • Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory and organizing supplies
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues
  • Perform heavy lifting when handling packages or freight, adhering to safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and work area at all times
  • Follow all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries

Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving preferred
  • Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
  • Experience in moving or logistics roles is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required

This role is vital for ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $180.00-$200.00 per day
