Responsibilities- Manage incoming reservation calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Process all reservation requests while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, promotions, and rates to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and accommodations promptly and professionally.
- Confirm reservations and send out booking confirmations to guests.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and update availability and inventory in the reservation system to maximize occupancy rates.
- Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
