D&R Technology Inc. is currently searching for an energetic, analytical and driven Technical Sales Engineer to help develop and solicit sales leads for North American Market. You must be able to scope out work effort and provide written estimates required to develop automated processing equipment. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to interface with the clients, and possess the ability to provide solutions to complex problems and following:

* Maintain an active sales channel by bringing in consistent leads and ensuring that prospects are followed through.

* Achieve personal and group sales targets.

* Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies while keeping up to date on operating and budgeting plans.

* Customer service and resolve commercial issues engineers and manufacturer representatives.

* Providing feedback to pricing, product management, technical support, customer service and marketing to ensure competitive advantage.

* Retention and strong client follow up to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have an interest in the sales, a good breath of technical skills, up to date knowledge on the latest trends, and the ability to quickly research and come up to speed on new technologies.

* Post secondary education in a technical field, preferably an Engineering degree or diploma.

* Excellent technical communication skills with strong presentation skills.

* Self starting qualities, with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

* Capable to organize, plan and execute tasks reliably while focusing on revenue generating activities.

* Strong sales track record with past achievements, and proven consistency in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time
