GT Property Maintenance Ltd. is a locally owned and operated snow removal and sanding company based in Lloydminster, specializing in commercial snow management. From plowing and sanding to hauling and cleanup, our team is committed to dependable, high-quality service. We're looking for a General Labourer to support snow removal operations this winter season.

Position: General Labourer – Snow Removal

Location: Lloydminster, Alberta

Employment Type: Full-time / Seasonal (with potential for year-round work in landscaping season)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with snow removal at commercial and residential sites using shovels, blowers, and other small tools.
  • Support equipment operators with site preparation, sanding, and cleanup.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, during snow events.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence (required).
  • Clean driver's abstract (preferred).
  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Reliable and physically capable of working outdoors in winter conditions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team.
  • Previous snow removal or labour experience considered an asset.
