Sidewalk Crew Leader- Snow Removal Services

Tree service company is looking for a reliable and experienced Sidewalk Crew Leader to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate will have a valid G driver's license, 2–3 years of experience, and the ability to lead a team in maintaining commercial and residential properties during snow events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew in the safe and efficient clearing of sidewalks, walkways, and entrances
  • Ensure timely response to snow events, including overnight and early-morning shifts
  • Operate hand tools, snow blowers, and other equipment as needed
  • Maintain property conditions in accordance with safety and appearance standards
  • Conduct inspections before and after snow removal
  • Maintain communication with operations team and report any hazards or issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid Full G Driver's License (clean abstract preferred)
  • 2–3 years of snow removal or landscaping experience
  • Ability to work in cold, physically demanding environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available for on-call, 24/7 availability during snow events
  • Ability to operate snow blowers and other equipment safely

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
