About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking team players to join us for one of Toronto's most magical events — the Distillery Winter Village As a Winter Cabin Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving warm drinks, tasty bites, and festive cheer to guests from around the world.

This is a fast-paced, outdoor role that's perfect for anyone who loves the holiday season, thrives under pressure, and can keep spirits bright (even when it's below zero).

What You'll Do:

  • Provide friendly, efficient service from our heated outdoor winter cabins
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages, seasonal cocktails, and light food items
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and quickly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to keep lines moving and guests happy
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience — no matter the weather

What We're Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a

  • busy, outdoor environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or barista roles an asset
