Regina SK SP L, Canada Prairie Clean Enterprises Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Who We Are

At Prairie Clean Enterprises (PCE), we're building something new from the ground up — transforming flax straw into high-value, sustainable products that support farmers and communities across the Prairies. Our values — People First, Character Always, and Everyone Owns It — guide how we work, lead, and grow together.

We're a team that thrives on progress, collaboration, and purpose. As a growing start-up, we embrace change, work hard, and take pride in doing meaningful work that makes a difference. We're looking for an Office Administrator to grow our team, someone who takes pride in their work, wants to contribute to a positive workplace and cares deeply about the work we are doing.

Who You Are

You're an adaptable, organized, and enthusiastic team player who enjoys variety in your day. You can go from managing spreadsheets at your desk to helping the team on the plant floor without missing a beat.

You take pride in your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep things running smoothly — whether that's in the office or out on the floor. You don't mind pitching in wherever needed, including keeping shared spaces clean, tidy, and welcoming.

You can bring teams together, ensure communication is clear and everyone is working toward the same goal. You love being part of a team, supporting others, and taking ownership of your work. You're the kind of person who sees what needs to be done — and does it — all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on your face.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support day-to-day office administration and plant operations at PCE's Weyburn facility.
  • Manage data entry, spreadsheets, and filing systems with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and leadership to keep information flowing.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Help organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Pitch in wherever needed — whether it's labeling product, helping on the floor, or supporting a team project.
  • Take pride in your workspace and assist with light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, and general office tidiness. At PCE, everyone pitches in to keep our spaces safe, clean, and organized.
  • Uphold and model PCE's core values every day: People First, Character Always, Everyone Owns It.
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset — comfortable working in an environment that is constantly improving and adapting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed — including on the plant floor.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team spirit.
  • Previous experience in an office, administrative, or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required.
What It's Like to Work at PCE

We're a start-up that's growing quickly — no two days are the same, and that's what makes it exciting. We believe in progress over perfection, celebrating big wins and small steps alike. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values hard work, collaboration, and a good laugh at the end of a busy day.

At Prairie Clean Enterprises, you'll find more than a job — you'll find a place to grow, learn, and make an impact.
