Your role @Chanel:
As a CHANEL Makeup Artist, you will be highly skilled in Chanel makeup Artistry, skincare diagnosis and selling ritual. The objective is making the client's dream by providing the Chanel ultimate luxury client experience at point-of-sale in one on one, master class or event environment. You will support developing CHANEL Beauty Advisors and Freelance Artists at the point-of-sale to elevate artistry and service experience.

You will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store and act as a learning coach for our artists.

What you will bring to the role:

  • You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty products and service standards;
  • You will demonstrate excellent client experience by directly interacting with clients on brand messaging, product education, and fulfilling consumer needs;
  • You will provide ongoing brand training to create brand ambassadors and drive greater client engagement;
  • You will bring a level of professionalism and energy to the event engaging and inspiring the counter staff and clients;
  • You will lead events in key stores across the designated region providing clients with the ultimate luxury experience through elevated skincare diagnosis and makeup application;
  • You will educate focus/preparation from product knowledge, selling skills and Advanced Artistry skills to Chanel Beauty Advisors and encourage adoption of continuing education through e-learning app Inside Beauty;
  • You will develop influential relationships with staff and Retail Partners to inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales objectives.
