The Role

As a Waste Tech Team Member, you'll be essential in delivering our seamless service experience. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll handle everything from single-item pickup to complete property clearances for residential and commercial clients. The Waste Tech is an entry level position with Atlas Junk. We offer opportunities to advance into other positions as you gain experience such as : Truck Lead, Bin Driver, Office, Sales, and Management as experience is gained.

Your Daily Impact

As part of a two-person truck team, you'll:

  • Operate our specialized mini dump trucks throughout Victoria
  • Provide professional on-site estimates and clear communication with clients
  • Execute efficient loading and sorting for proper disposal, recycling, and donation
  • Process payments using modern point-of-sale technology
  • Maintain detailed job and vehicle maintenance records
  • Contribute to our team's reputation for excellence
