Overview Aluminum/Steel Welder for various Railing, Stair, Fence and other custom projects

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fabricating and welding various items in both aluminum and steel. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, interpreting drawings, and performing cutting and fabricating tasks. Applicant must be detail-oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate stair, railing and other projects according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Utilize various welding techniques to join metal components securely.
  • Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
  • Employ hand tools and machinery effectively for fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist with machining tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility in fabrication processes.
  • Operate forklifts for the safe transportation of materials within the work area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques.
  • Experience using hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments effectively.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
